Certificate of Part Quality
SUBJECT: EU REGULATION; DEMAND OF CONFIRMATION EU 330/2010 ITEMS 19 & 20
According to paragraphs 19 & 20 of the supplementary guidelines for EU regulation No. 330/2010 on vertical restraints in agreement for the sales and repair of motor vehicles and the sale of automotive replacement parts form 28th May 2010, superseding the previous EU regulation No. 1400/2002 of 31st July 2002.
The Lead Acid Automotive SLI batteries supplied by Yuasa Battery Sales (UK) Ltd. comply with requirements for vehicle spare parts with regards to ‘Matched Quality’ requirements, particular for use in the context of maintenance and repairs in ‘authorised garages’.
The quality of our original parts, where specified, is equal to the quality of the components used in the construction of the vehicle where specified by the specific vehicle constructor.
Our ‘matching quality parts’ where specified, are produced respecting the specification and product standard of the manufacturer.
This certificate replaces the former certificate referring to the EU regulation 1400/2002.
